    Social Media Project Leader (F/M)

    Job description

    As Social Media Project Leader, you will be part of the Brand Communication team. You will be responsible for the management and development of our social media channels to support Swatch Digital Marketing strategy, to increase our customer’s engagement and provide thought-leadership on best social media practices and next-generation digital trends.


    Main responsibilities will include:



    • Develop and constantly update our social media strategy and roadmap,

    • Manage the social media ecosystem and all social media channels (FB, IG, TWTR, YOUTUBE, SNAP),

    • Manage the day-to-day community engagement including taking part in real time conversations,

    • Coordinate and dispatch the content strategy through the different channels,

    • Create and coordinate a social media calendar at HQ level, and also with the local markets,

    • Create and coordinate social media engaging activations and concepts,

    • Collaborate with Team Leader Social Media on brainstorming concepts,

    • Work closely with the creative and digital marketing team to build digital campaigns,

    • Support local markets in all social media management questions,

    • Monitor content and quality check of all social media local versions,

    • Use social media listening tools to monitor online conversations, and identify social media relevant trends,

    • Measure, analyse and report on quantitative and qualitative metrics.

    Profile

    In addition to your fun, positive and over creative personality, you can demonstrate strong interpersonal and analytical skills with great attention to detail and have a passion to tell stories.

    Professional requirements

    Besides your 3 to 5 years’ experience in agencies or online international retail companies, you bring experience in online retail, especially in fashion, accessories, or FMCG is a BIG plus. Experience in managing a budget for content promotion on social channels and sponsoring posts. Knowledge and understanding of technology, search, new trends and the latest in social media innovation Ability to manage multiple projects involving coordination with various departments both internally and externally.

    Languages

    In addition, you possess excellent communications skills and are fluent in English (Mandatory), German and/or French.

    In order to reinforce the Retail International Team at its Headquarters in Biel/Bienne, Switzerland, SWATCH is currently searching for a


    Retail Sales & Operations Coordinator (F/M) 100%

    Profile

    In this function, you are a member of the Retail International Team and ensure the flow of communication and information within the sales team and the markets on a daily basis. Your main responsibilities will include:



    • Strengthen Swatch’s market position by streamlining wholesale distribution and by maximizing a qualitative retail distribution

    • Follow up on renovation and new projects through retail net until physical opening

    • Coordination of Trainings for markets in collaboration with Retail Operation department


    Controlling and Consolidation of Global Retail Sales



    • Support local Retail Managers in their mission

    • Support the markets in daily business

    • Link between markets and HQ

    • Ensure communication on Product, Retail, Marketing and Corporate strategy

    • Monitor and follow up on orders (watches and POS material)

    • Provide analyses, such as sell out and markets retail statistics and sales reports by distribution channel

    • Collect markets & shipment forecast and consolidate risk overview

    • Follow-up on corporate sell-out and sell-in of key collections

    • Collects POS reporting from markets

    • Calculate and issue credit notes for DME expenses to agents

    • Creating and controlling a variety of reports related to Sales, Retail POS and Retail Training

    • Ensure Product & Launch information and collection pricing accuracy for new collection launch packages

    • Liaise with markets and Swatch Group lawyers for the tracking of unfair competition and grey market issues in the region

    • Send dummies for local sales or media meetings

    Professional requirements

    Autonomous, proactive and responsible, in this position your flexibility, dynamism, attention to detail and organisational skills will be called upon. In liaising directly with people, your extraordinary customer service and communication skills will also be a great asset.


    You bring a commercial degree with 2-5 years’ work experience in a similar position. Professional qualification as a management assistant would be an advantage. In addition, you are proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).


    Team player, open minded and with high flexibility skills, you are motivated and capable to cope with various requests at once and to work in a fast moving, ever changing environment.

    Languages

    In addition, you are fluent in English, German and French (Mandatory). Italian would be a plus.

    Digital Media Planning Project Leader 100% (F/M)


    As Digital Media Planning Project Leader, you will be part of the Brand Communication team. Responsible for Swatch media planning campaigns in collaboration with the Head of Media Planning, you will be working on a wide variety of projects, managing campaigns at HQ level, supporting local markets for local campaigns, and providing best practices on next-generation digital media trends.


    Main tasks will include:



    • Manage the Digital Media Campaigns (Paid Social Media, Display, Search) at international level,starting from the briefing to the performance optimization of the campaigns and the analysis of the final results.

    • Collaborate with our teams in the markets and coordinate the digital media campaigns

    • Collaborate and coordinate with the in house Copywriter for creation of Ad copy, as well as with the Brand Image & Digital Marketing teams for the digital asset development

    • Prepare the trafficking sheet for the Digital Media Campaigns, by liaising with the eCommerce team and  the Digital Marketing team

    • Track, monitor and optimize performance of the Digital Media Campaigns against key KPIs and evaluate the final results

    • Continuously analyse the Digital Media Campaigns (Paid Social Media, Display, Search) and adjust strategy and budgets accordingly together with our agency

    • Assemble and analyse data on Digital Media Campaigns performance and communicate strategic recommendations

    • Generate bi-weekly, monthly and quarterly analytics reports and other reports as needed on ad hoc basis – by liaising with the eCommerce and Digital Marketing team

    • Maintain relationships with agencies and third-party vendors who supports our paid marketing efforts

    • Stay up to date on the latest Digital Media trends and best practices

    Profile

    Besides your positive and analytical personality, you bring a degree in Marketing / Digital Media and min 3 years’ experience in a similar position, preferably in a web media agency. Strong team player with excellent organizational skills, you possess good understanding of Online Retail and the different fields of Online Marketing.  Fashion experience is a plus.

    Professional requirements

    You bring strong knowledge of Digital Media Planning, with a particular focus on Social Media and Programmatic campaigns, re-targeting campaigns, Search campaigns, web analytics and tracking systems. Very good knowledge of Google Marketing Platform, Facebook Business Manager and the major DSP/DMP, as well as proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) is requested.


    You possess the ability to work well in extremely fast-paced environment, a high sense of team working and are used to manage multiple projects simultaneously, keeping tight deadlines and coordinating with various business partners internally and externally. 

    Languages

    The main role of this function is the management and administration of the Marketing department’s assets database. The person responsible will be in charge of the following:


    Media Asset Management



    • Implementing of new assets into the media database

    • Managing asset publications for the different user profiles

    • Quality management of all assets

    • Defining and adaptation of the Swatch media standard guideline


    Media Production



    • Coordination of watch photography and CGI with external suppliers

    • Support all other departments on digital media production and cross media communication related questions

    • Editing and transcoding of video footage for web, social media, events and TV


    Swatch Marketing Portal



    • Management and development of the media asset management tool

    • Manage and review of web2print templates

    • User management of the Swatch Marketing Portal

    Profile

    To be successful in this role, you must possess advanced knowledge of the different video and image formats and their application on the market and good knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (for image and video) as well as the CONTENTSERV tools. Team player with good human relationship skills, you are proactive and autonomous but also detail oriented, and are capable of working in a fast moving & ever changing environment

    Professional requirements

    You bring education as Mediamatician, Multimedia Coordinator, Techno Polygraph or related fields, and a minimum 1-year experience in a similar role. You have experience with integrated marketing and the internet, and possess good project management skills, which enable you to manage multiple projects involving coordination with various departments both internally and externally.

    Languages

    Fluent in English (mandatory) with good knowledge of French and/or German. Additional languages are a plus.
