    Digital Media Planning Project Leader 100% (F/M)


    As Digital Media Planning Project Leader, you will be part of the Brand Communication team. Responsible for Swatch media planning campaigns in collaboration with the Head of Media Planning, you will be working on a wide variety of projects, managing campaigns at HQ level, supporting local markets for local campaigns, and providing best practices on next-generation digital media trends.


    Main tasks will include:



    • Manage the Digital Media Campaigns (Paid Social Media, Display, Search) at international level,starting from the briefing to the performance optimization of the campaigns and the analysis of the final results.

    • Collaborate with our teams in the markets and coordinate the digital media campaigns

    • Collaborate and coordinate with the in house Copywriter for creation of Ad copy, as well as with the Brand Image & Digital Marketing teams for the digital asset development

    • Prepare the trafficking sheet for the Digital Media Campaigns, by liaising with the eCommerce team and  the Digital Marketing team

    • Track, monitor and optimize performance of the Digital Media Campaigns against key KPIs and evaluate the final results

    • Continuously analyse the Digital Media Campaigns (Paid Social Media, Display, Search) and adjust strategy and budgets accordingly together with our agency

    • Assemble and analyse data on Digital Media Campaigns performance and communicate strategic recommendations

    • Generate bi-weekly, monthly and quarterly analytics reports and other reports as needed on ad hoc basis – by liaising with the eCommerce and Digital Marketing team

    • Maintain relationships with agencies and third-party vendors who supports our paid marketing efforts

    • Stay up to date on the latest Digital Media trends and best practices

    Profile

    Besides your positive and analytical personality, you bring a degree in Marketing / Digital Media and min 3 years’ experience in a similar position, preferably in a web media agency. Strong team player with excellent organizational skills, you possess good understanding of Online Retail and the different fields of Online Marketing.  Fashion experience is a plus.

    Professional requirements

    You bring strong knowledge of Digital Media Planning, with a particular focus on Social Media and Programmatic campaigns, re-targeting campaigns, Search campaigns, web analytics and tracking systems. Very good knowledge of Google Marketing Platform, Facebook Business Manager and the major DSP/DMP, as well as proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) is requested.


    You possess the ability to work well in extremely fast-paced environment, a high sense of team working and are used to manage multiple projects simultaneously, keeping tight deadlines and coordinating with various business partners internally and externally. 

    Languages

    In addition, you possess excellent communications skills and are fluent in English (Mandatory); German and/or French is a plus.

    Main tasks will include:



    • Define, give insights and implement global e-commerce strategy jointly with the Head of e-commerce.

    The successful candidate will also have good MS office, project management applications skills, and Good understanding of IT, Finance, Supply Chain and Legal related topics as well as an understanding of Information Architecture management for online businesses.

    Professional requirements

    Besides your strong experience in the management of complex and multinational projects, you bring an academic degree in business, innovation or marketing of fast moving consumer industry or at least 5 years of experience in a similar position in an internet/e-commerce agency. You demonstrate Good knowledge and experience with integrated marketing campaigns and online business coupled with a strong interest for new digital technologies and very good knowledge in a broad range of digital marketing practices.

Team player with good human relationship skills, you are proactive and autonomous but also detail oriented, and are capable of working in a fast moving & ever changing environment

    Professional requirements

    You bring education as Mediamatician, Multimedia Coordinator, Techno Polygraph or related fields, and a minimum 1-year experience in a similar role.     This newly created role will be responsible for the overall architecture and development of connected products. The ideal candidate will have familiarity with connected product design. He/she will also have worked in agile environments (SAFe, SCRUM), and have built and released consumer-faced applications and/or connected devices. He/she will understand, assess and scope technical requirements, work and coordinates the execution with engineers doing the development; with a focus on timelines and delivery of the initial scope.


    MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES



    • Own the definition and implementation of the product’s architectural designEnsure architectural aspects are respected (functional, reliability, usability, performance, supportability, compatibility, maintainability, scalability) for the features & enhancements’ development.

    • Elaborate the architectural roadmap and coordinate the architectural development of the components (watch, mobile application, back-end)

    • In collaboration with the information security team, manage the security guidelines definition and ensure that solution meets them

    • In collaboration with the legal team, ensure legal protection of the solution including the management of contract/licenses for externally licensed components and intellectual property

    • Support the development environment and tools to facilitate product development (for example SDK, GIT etc.)

    • Be the escalation focal point for architectural/design topics (bugs, issues and problem management)
