    Team Leader Advertising

    Job description

    In this position, you will report to the Head of Brand Image and be the go to person for every Advertising production related project.


    Main duties will include:



    • Assess Company’s Communication needs jointly with Head of Brand Image

    • Initiate, develop and coordinate effective integrated, international campaigns with in-house creatives, advertising agencies and production companies

    • Manage and oversee the conception, development and production of advertising material for press, outdoor, POS, Online and TV to seamlessly fit a 360° campaign approach

    • Lead and supervise the implementation of worldwide advertising projects (audio/video/print/online/mobile) for each collection launch.

    • Lead the team which is responsible for development and implementation of global communication campaigns for Swatch watches

    • Advise internal departments (including local marketing teams on a global level) and external agencies on the use of advertising materials in the different media categories, print, TV, Online, Social Media, POS, etc.

    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a consistency in the communications on all brand touch points.

    • Oversee agency and production budgets

    • Support all markets worldwide with communication materials according to their needs. Assess local projects and provide respective feedback.

    • Scout for trends and search for innovative communication tools and partner agencies to increase customer reach and engagement.


    Team Management:



    • Supervise, support and coordinate the Advertising team

    • In collaboration with the Head of Brand Image, make work assignments, set goals, appraise performance and work results

    • Provide technical guidance to staff, organize and control implementation, encourage team work

    • Act on a multi-country basis

    • Organize and monitor the handling and implementation of advertising projects (audio/video/print), the preparation of advertising material to meet the requirements of the different markets

    • Control of the related budgets

    Digital Media Planning Project Leader 100% (F/M)


    As Digital Media Planning Project Leader, you will be part of the Brand Communication team. Responsible for Swatch media planning campaigns in collaboration with the Head of Media Planning, you will be working on a wide variety of projects, managing campaigns at HQ level, supporting local markets for local campaigns, and providing best practices on next-generation digital media trends.


    Main tasks will include:



    • Manage the Digital Media Campaigns (Paid Social Media, Display, Search) at international level,starting from the briefing to the performance optimization of the campaigns and the analysis of the final results.

    • Collaborate with our teams in the markets and coordinate the digital media campaigns

    • Collaborate and coordinate with the in house Copywriter for creation of Ad copy, as well as with the Brand Image & Digital Marketing teams for the digital asset development

    • Prepare the trafficking sheet for the Digital Media Campaigns, by liaising with the eCommerce team and  the Digital Marketing team

    • Track, monitor and optimize performance of the Digital Media Campaigns against key KPIs and evaluate the final results

    • Continuously analyse the Digital Media Campaigns (Paid Social Media, Display, Search) and adjust strategy and budgets accordingly together with our agency

    • Assemble and analyse data on Digital Media Campaigns performance and communicate strategic recommendations

    • Generate bi-weekly, monthly and quarterly analytics reports and other reports as needed on ad hoc basis – by liaising with the eCommerce and Digital Marketing team

    • Maintain relationships with agencies and third-party vendors who supports our paid marketing efforts

    • Stay up to date on the latest Digital Media trends and best practices

    Profile

    Besides your positive and analytical personality, you bring a degree in Marketing / Digital Media and min 3 years’ experience in a similar position, preferably in a web media agency. Strong team player with excellent organizational skills, you possess good understanding of Online Retail and the different fields of Online Marketing.  Fashion experience is a plus.

    Professional requirements

    You bring strong knowledge of Digital Media Planning, with a particular focus on Social Media and Programmatic campaigns, re-targeting campaigns, Search campaigns, web analytics and tracking systems. Very good knowledge of Google Marketing Platform, Facebook Business Manager and the major DSP/DMP, as well as proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) is requested.


    You possess the ability to work well in extremely fast-paced environment, a high sense of team working and are used to manage multiple projects simultaneously, keeping tight deadlines and coordinating with various business partners internally and externally.

    As Social Media Platform Leader, you will be part of the global Social Media team within Brand Communication. You will be responsible for the growth and management of the global Social Media ecosystem driving brand awareness, engagement and conversions globally. You will support the Swatch Digital Marketing strategy to increase our customer's engagement by providing thought-leadership on best social media practices and next-generation digital trends.


    Main responsibilities will include:



    • Steer the content strategy, planning and execution of the Social Media ecosystem driving brand awareness, engagement and conversions globally.

    • Devise and execute a plan to grow the audience and engagement across current key global platforms and keep Swatch ahead of the curve in platform choices and partnerships.

    • Monitor various Social Media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube and TikTok to gather competitive and trends insights to share with internal teams.

    • Gather insights about updates on Facebook/Instagram and other platforms, working closely with them as partners, and ensuring early adoption of new trends.

    • Collaborate with Marketing and Creative to ensure delivery of compelling and functional assets.

    • Own day-to-day social media planning and execution including caption writing, curating UGC, post scheduling and community management.

    • Actively and frequently, participate in conversations with our community on Social Media, increasing engagement levels and improving loyalty/advocacy.

    • Lead development of social listening capabilities and insights discovery.

    • Support local market activities by providing guidance and ensuring consistency in communication across channels.

    • Monitor, track, analyse and report on performance of Social Media platforms and campaigns for ongoing improvement of relevant KPIs.

    • Ensure all online activities follow current laws and ethical best practices.

    • Manage budgets and report on business impact/ROI.

You demonstrate proven experience with Social Media tools (Sprinklr is a plus) combined to solid knowledge of SEO, keywords research and google analytics. 


    You have a developed ability to collect, analyse, and use social data to inform decision-maker as well as to manage multiple projects involving coordination with various departments both internally and externally.

    • Focus on launching major PR opportunities through international global events
