    Job description

    As Social Media Platform Leader, you will be part of the global Social Media team within Brand Communication. You will be responsible for the growth and management of the global Social Media ecosystem driving brand awareness, engagement and conversions globally. You will support the Swatch Digital Marketing strategy to increase our customer's engagement by providing thought-leadership on best social media practices and next-generation digital trends.


    Main responsibilities will include:



    • Steer the content strategy, planning and execution of the Social Media ecosystem driving brand awareness, engagement and conversions globally.

    • Devise and execute a plan to grow the audience and engagement across current key global platforms and keep Swatch ahead of the curve in platform choices and partnerships.

    • Monitor various Social Media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube and TikTok to gather competitive and trends insights to share with internal teams.

    • Gather insights about updates on Facebook/Instagram and other platforms, working closely with them as partners, and ensuring early adoption of new trends.

    • Collaborate with Marketing and Creative to ensure delivery of compelling and functional assets.

    • Own day-to-day social media planning and execution including caption writing, curating UGC, post scheduling and community management.

    • Actively and frequently, participate in conversations with our community on Social Media, increasing engagement levels and improving loyalty/advocacy.

    • Lead development of social listening capabilities and insights discovery.

    • Support local market activities by providing guidance and ensuring consistency in communication across channels.

    • Monitor, track, analyse and report on performance of Social Media platforms and campaigns for ongoing improvement of relevant KPIs.

    • Ensure all online activities follow current laws and ethical best practices.

    • Manage budgets and report on business impact/ROI.

    Professional requirements

    Besides your 3 to 5 years’ experience in agencies or online international retail companies, you bring experience in Digital marketing and social media platforms. You demonstrate proven experience with Social Media tools (Sprinklr is a plus) combined to solid knowledge of SEO, keywords research and google analytics. 


    You have a developed ability to collect, analyse, and use social data to inform decision-maker as well as to manage multiple projects involving coordination with various departments both internally and externally.

    Job description

    Main tasks will include:



    • Define, give insights and implement global e-commerce strategy jointly with the Head of e-commerce.

    • Coordinate the different functions of the department.

    • Collaborate closely with Planning, distribution, logistics and IT

    • Manage the international rollout of the Swatch e-commerce platforms.

    • Set up the processes for e-com implementation in new countries

    • Monitor and continuously improve the e-commerce platform operations.

    • Define and implement all necessary business processes in collaboration with IT, Logistics, Finance and Legal.

    • Manage third party vendor relationship, coordinate weekly, monthly and quarterly meetings, generate reports to review operations

    • Set up and implement payment methods and anti-frauds strategies

    • Manage the inventory and catalog of e-commerce worldwide.

    • Improve Customer Service tactics for Pre/after sales.

    • Ensure a best-in-class training, monitoring and supporting the local e-commerce team with backend operations.

    • Create and maintain the Swatch e-commerce processes documentation.

    • Ensure correct implementation of new e-commerce products

    • Provide and implement solutions for special sales

    Profile

    Team player with excellent human relationship skills and an open mind to other cultures, you are able to work independently and show a high level of self-driven motivation and flexibility. Capable of working in a fast moving ever-changing environment you have excellent communication and negotiation skills.


    The successful candidate will also have good MS office, project management applications skills, and Good understanding of IT, Finance, Supply Chain and Legal related topics as well as an understanding of Information Architecture management for online businesses.

    Professional requirements

    Besides your strong experience in the management of complex and multinational projects, you bring an academic degree in business, innovation or marketing of fast moving consumer industry or at least 5 years of experience in a similar position in an internet/e-commerce agency. You demonstrate Good knowledge and experience with integrated marketing campaigns and online business coupled with a strong interest for new digital technologies and very good knowledge in a broad range of digital marketing practices.

    Job description

    In this position, you will report to the Head of PR and be the go to person for every event related project.


    Main tasks will include: 


    PR, Corporate, Brand Experience and Swatch Club event management



    • Support to the attributed departments in managing, planning, organising and realising events

    • Implement the overall international event strategy

    • Ensure a full consumer/journalist journey experience across all events

    • Lead field event executions and activation and troubleshoot during the event

    • Organise and realise hospitality program

    • Brief photographer and copywriter, production of all branding

    • Set up a detailed yearly calendar on a global PR, Corporate and Sports Event scale

    • Manage, produce and deliver global brand event projects including post-event evaluation, budget planning and reports

    • Maintain unified message and position company-wide, along with corporate reputation


    Public Relations and Partnerships



    • Focus on launching major PR opportunities through international global events

    • Support PR Team in developing clear guidelines for the markets on all product launches

    • Support markets in the proposal and execution of local events and activations

    • Maintain ongoing open dialogue with local PR managers and agencies: share best practices, inspire new actions, encourage local creativity and initiatives

    • Operational support with partnership, from concept development to bringing it to life

    • Organise Video Shootings for PR Content 


    Corporate and Sports events



    • Organise the annual International Kick-off Meeting and Panorama meeting (online and physical)

    • Organise major Sport events 

    • HQ Event support for collaborations 

    • Support in execution of key Club events
